Shipping Policy

Reputed couriers service providers and significant care would be observed for delivering products.

Delivery charge would vary with each Seller. The Seller may or may not wave-off the delivery charges for certain products. Please review the product page or the order summary to know about the delivery charges for individual products.

Sellers generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Buyer can check delivery time of each Seller who is offering the product. However, the estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

• Product's availability with the Seller
• The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
• Logistic Service Provider, if provided, selected by the buyer during the order.

The shipping details (tracking id, delivery date etc.) would be received once the order is placed. The tracking details are also available, and Buyer may track their order on real-time in the portal.

The Courier service providers would deliver the shipment in 7-10 working days excluding public holidays and Sundays.

For return cases, buyers must click on “Contact Us” to initiate a return and post which they will receive a communication explaining the process. The return fee is borne by the Seller.
