Cancellation Policy

Buyers may wish to cancel the product under the following circumstances:

• Order wrongly placed
• Order has taken longer to be shipped than expected
• Product is no longer needed

Buyers can initiate cancellation of order before the product is shipped by Seller or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.

Order cancellation may be allowed for certain items depending on the type of product. Buyers can check for cancellation availability of the product at the time of checkout and after placing the order.

The amount will be refunded to the payment mode that was originally used by the Buyer to pay for the order.

Buyers would receive the refund within 7 working days.
