Payment Policy

The e-commerce portal-Rajsakhi offers multiple online payment methods including credit card, debit card, internet banking, UPI and others. Payment gateway service providers ensure that transaction details remain confidential at all times.

The price displayed along with the product is final and all-inclusive. There are no hidden charges.

Prices of a product may vary from seller to seller. Some sellers might wave-off delivery charges on products above a certain amount. On the product page, Buyer can check the product price offered by different sellers along with the delivery charges.

To encourage the use of online transaction mode both for the buyers and sellers. Currently, Cash on Delivery (CoD) is not accepted by the portal for making payments for the product purchases.

To pay using credit card, card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card) must be entered at the check out page. Thereafter, the page would be redirected to the concerned bank’s page to enter the 3D Secure password/OTP.

To pay using debit card, card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number must be entered at the checkout page. Thereafter the page would be redirected to the concerned bank's secure page for entering the online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
